Inhibiting Gel was developed for clients with severe acne who would benefit from the addition of lactic acid, which helps exfoliate but is gentle enough for sensitive skin. As a strong stimulator of the skin’s immune response, Inhibiting Gel has potent anti-inflammatory action. It should be used once daily after the Salicylic-Glycolic Gel or Follicle Clearing Lotion, and before the Green Tea/Clay Poultice. Inhibiting Gel also provides quick control of herpes simplex (cold sores) when applied 3-4 times the first day of symptoms, and 2-3 times the second day. It is beneficial in preventing in-grown hairs post waxing when used 2 to 3 times daily for 3 days following waxing. pH 3.9
